What is your return and exhange policy?
Our exchange/ return policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (WITH HANG TAGS ATTACHED) It must also be in the original packaging. If you wish to return an item please contact us for a return authorization number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. (RA NUMBER) Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for intimates, and swimsuits. We will only offer a store credit on limited edition items such as Jenelle Collection Dresses, or items that were purchased on sale.
